Do you have any printables I can give my boyfriend/husband?
RomanticPrintables(tm) are gender neutral; you could give just about any of them to a man. Here's just a sample: A love coupon redeemable for a back scratch, a quickie, a weekend getaway, etc.
For how long can I access the printables after purchase?
Forever! After purchasing the printables you will download them to your computer...you can then print as many copies as you like - even 10 years down the road.
What if I lose my printables?
Forward us the confirmation email you received after purchase and we will gladly resend the printables you bought. That email is like a receipt and contains your unique order ID which we need to verify your purchase. If you do not have the email or your order ID we might be able to retrieve your order with the date of purchase.
In what format will I download the printables after purchase?
You will download a PDF file. Most computers can automatically open PDF files, if yours does not, you can download Adobe PDF Reader for free: download Adobe Reader.
How long will it take to receive the printables?
Access is instant! You can download and print the printables immediately after purchase.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied we will refund 100% of the price you paid. No hassles: nothing to mail back to us and no expensive return shipping costs to worry about. How many copies can I print?
You can print as many copies as you want for your own personal use.
Will I need any special computer programs to print the product?
Just
Adobe Reader. But your computer probably already has it, if you don't you can get it free by following
this link.
How much does shipping cost?
There is
no fee for shipping...RomanticPrintables(tm) are meant to be printed from your computer, we do not mail them to you and you do not have to wait for them to arrive. It's a good thing. :)
Can I use the items I purchase in my website, magazine, newsletter, etc.?
No. Refer to our
terms and conditions for more information.
I am not very technical, what if I have problems printing?
If you have any problems please
contact us with the details and we will help you. If your problem can not be solved we will provide a refund.
How do I print?
- Open the file you downloaded and click on the "File" menu on the left top corner of the screen.
- Choose "Print" from the file menu. A small window will pop up.
- Click the "Print" or "OK" button in that window.
Do I need a printer?
Yes, a printer is required...we do not mail the product, instead we allow our customers instant access.

How do I purchase the printables?
Click on any of the "Add to Cart" links on the product overview pages, this will take you to the order form of our authorized retailers: 2Checkout or Clickbank Inc.. You may continue shopping for other printables or check out at any time. Payments are accepted by credit card.
Are there any taxes?
Customers in Europe only pay VAT (value added tax) on all products purchased via the Internet.
The tax amount will be automatically added to the value of your purchase and you will have the opportunity to review the total before your purchase is finalized. The VAT rates are as follows:

What if I lose my printables?
Forward us the confirmation email you received after purchase and we will gladly resend the printables you bought. That email contains your unique order ID which we need to verify your purchase. When I click the download link it says it has expired
The download link(s) we emailed you after your purchase do expire after 24 hours. If you did not download your printables right away and the link has expired please forward us the email you received and we will resend new download links.
